My career began as an IT Supervisor at TW.TWINS, where I developed skills in helpdesk, intern supervision, and the implementation of innovation programs. During this period, I was responsible for structured cabling, managing computer networks, and designing projects that improved the efficiency of internal operations. As a result, I developed an internal management system using Excel, which allows for performing CRUD operations and provides a financial reports dashboard.

More recently, I took on the temporary role of Executive Director at BWEVIP.NET for 8 months, where I led the company in systematizing processes, team management, KPI monitoring, among other responsibilities. At the same time, I worked as a Web Developer, creating websites and course platforms.

My hands-on experience in development ranges from HTML, CSS, PHP, basic Python (automation and AI), and other low-code tools like WordPress and FlutterFlow, enabling me to deliver projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and technically robust.

What drives me is the constant technological evolution and the opportunity to learn and apply new tools that can further enhance the solutions I develop. I believe that continuous learning is crucial in our field, which is why I am always seeking new challenges that allow me to grow and contribute to social and economic development through technology.

Outside of the professional environment, I am someone who highly values family, continuous learning, and exploring new trends in the field of technology. I love teaching and sharing my knowledge with other professionals, whether through informal conversations or collaboration on joint projects.

Minha carreira começou como Supervisor de Informática na TW.TWINS, onde desenvolvi habilidades em helpdesk, supervisão de estagiários, e implementação de programas de inovação. Durante esse período, fui responsável por realizar cabeamento estruturado, gerir redes de computadores e elaborar projetos que aprimoraram a eficiência das operações internas e, como consequência, desenvolvi um sistema de gestão interno utilizando o Excel, que permite realizar CRUDs e ter um painel de relatórios financeiros.

Mais recentemente, assumi a função temporária de Diretor Executivo na BWEVIP.NET durante 8 meses, onde liderei a empresa na sistematização de processos, gestão de equipas, monitorização de KPIs, entre outros. Paralelamente, actuei como Desenvolvedor Web, criando sites e plataformas de cursos.

Minha experiência prática em desenvolvimento abrange desde HTML, CSS, PHP, Python básico (automação e IA) e outras ferramentas low-code como WordPress e FlutterFlow, permitindo-me entregar projetos que são tanto esteticamente agradáveis quanto tecnicamente robustos.

O que me motiva é a constante evolução tecnológica e a oportunidade de aprender e aplicar novas ferramentas que possam melhorar ainda mais as soluções que desenvolvo. Acredito que o aprendizado contínuo é crucial na nossa área, e por isso estou sempre em busca de novos desafios que me permitam crescer e contribuir para o desenvolvimento social e econômico através da tecnologia.

Fora do ambiente profissional, sou alguém que valoriza muito a família, o aprendizado contínuo e a exploração de novas tendências no campo da tecnologia. Adoro ensinar e partilhar o meu conhecimento com outros profissionais, seja em conversas informais ou através da colaboração em projetos conjuntos.
